Pauper Quaters

This is where the poor people of Hyoshira live. At the base of the large hill, many decent houses made from wood and clay are arranged on complex street system. If one were to look down at the city, you would see the streets are arranged to circle around the hill with a few streets cutting through the circle. Many outdoor shops lie in the streets where many people haggle everyday for their needed supplies.
